The offer

What you get: meetings booked for consultants

B2B lead generation that ends in booked meetings with people who fit your ICP. We run the outbound. You show up.

  • 10–20 SQL meetings a month

Sales-qualified conversations on your calendar — not a pile of emails to chase. That is the product.

  • Appointment setting, not a list

We connect you with potential customers. The deliverable is a booked meeting, not a CSV of contacts.

  • Cold email outreach

That is the channel. We run the campaign. We do not pretend this is LinkedIn, ads, or cold calling.

  • Built for expert-led firms

US and Canada. Consultants, fractional executives and boutique firms of 1–20 people selling $10K+ projects. Newly independent? Start with the trial.

  3. 03

We run the campaign. Cold email only. Replies get worked toward a booked slot on your calendar.

  4. 04

Realistic expectations

What cold email actually does — industry benchmarks

These are published industry figures, not EckoData results. Each report measures differently, so treat them as ranges, not promises.

  • 0.74% median reply rate

Top 10% of senders: 2.63%. Source: Smartlead, State of Cold Email 2026 (850M+ emails).

  • 0.51% US · 0.63% Canada

Reply rate by market. Source: Belkins, B2B cold email response rates 2026 study (7.5M emails sent in 2025).

That is why every campaign starts with a tight ICP and human-approved copy: at these rates, relevance and deliverability decide whether you get meetings.

How we work

Drafts-only outreach and deliverability practices

  • Human approval on every email

We work drafts-only. Every email is reviewed and approved by a human before it is sent — nothing goes out on autopilot.

  • Authenticated sending

Our practice is to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on sending domains, in line with Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft sender requirements.

  • Spam-rate target under 0.1%

Gmail’s sender guidelines ask senders to keep spam rates below 0.1% and never reach 0.3%. We manage volume per inbox with that target in mind.

  • CAN-SPAM & CASL aware

For Canadian prospects we follow CASL practices: contacting only publicly listed business emails relevant to the role, with a clear opt-out in every email.

Fit

Who we’re NOT for

  • Small-ticket offers

If your typical project is under about $3K, the math of outbound rarely works. We fit firms selling $10K+ engagements.

  • Very small markets

If fewer than roughly 2,000 companies fit your ICP, a monthly cold-email program will saturate it quickly.

  • Buyers of lists or data

We sell appointment setting only. No contact lists, CSVs, or enrichment — and no in-house SDR seats.

  • Anyone wanting guaranteed deals

We book qualified meetings. Closing is yours. Cold email only — no LinkedIn, ads, or cold calling.

Pricing

Start with 3–5 meetings. Continue if they are useful.

No annual contract. US & Canada. Same product on every plan: booked SQL meetings via cold email. Priced well below typical market rates for appointment setting.

How we price: published market references put pay-per-meeting appointment setting at about $300–600 per qualified meeting (SalesHive, Leadium 2026 pricing guides). Our plans work out to roughly $40–$140 per meeting at the volume ranges shown. Meeting volumes are ranges, not promises — see the guarantees for what is committed.

A sales-qualified meeting is a call with a decision-maker who matches the ICP we agree on (industry, company size, job title) and has agreed to talk about your offer.

FAQ

Straight answers

Who is this for?

B2B professional-services firms in the US and Canada: consultants, fractional executives and boutique firms of 1–20 people selling projects of $10K or more. If you just went independent, the trial is the place to start. It is not built for in-house SDR teams or enterprise data seats.

What do I actually get?

Booked meetings with potential customers — sales-qualified conversations on your calendar with people who match the ICP we locked. We do not sell contact lists, CSVs, or email dumps.

Is this B2B lead generation or appointment setting?

Appointment setting. It is B2B lead generation where the deliverable is a booked meeting with a potential customer, not a CSV of contacts. We run the outbound; you take the calls.

Do you only use cold email?

Yes. Outreach is cold email only. We say that because it is the channel, not a stand-in for “multi-channel.” No LinkedIn, ads, or cold calling in this offer.

How is this different from a cold email agency?

Cold email is the channel, but unlike a typical cold email agency, the product is booked sales-qualified meetings on your calendar — not a pile of emails to chase. Every campaign is built and managed by Victor personally.

What is in the $299 trial?

Book a 15-minute fit call. After that we send your $299 payment link and start setup. The trial is one month of appointment setting, aiming for about 3–5 meetings against the ICP we agree on. Setup is included: ICP targeting, sending inboxes, and your first email sequences. $299 is credited toward your first month if you continue. Guarantee: fewer than 3 meetings = up to 14 extra days free. Zero meetings = full refund.

Is there a contract?

No annual lock-in. After the trial, Offer A is $990/month for 10–20 sales-qualified meetings, or Less Risk is $490/month plus $90 per attended meeting. You can stop after the trial or after any month.

What counts as a show-up on Less Risk?

You pay $90 per attended meeting. If the prospect does not join, that meeting is never billed. The $490/mo still covers running the email outreach.

Less Risk vs the $990 flat month?

Offer A ($990/mo) is a flat month for 10–20 sales-qualified meetings. Offer B — Less Risk — is $490/mo plus $90 per attended meeting. Same appointment setting, same US & Canada cold-email channel. Pick Less Risk if you want the retainer lower and to pay per attended meeting. Pick Offer A if you want a predictable monthly number.

What is Scale Desk?

Offer C — Scale Desk — is $1,390/month for 25–35 sales-qualified meetings. Same cold-email appointment setting as Offer A, with more capacity, priority reply handling, and a weekly snapshot of booked meetings, no-shows, and reschedules. It is for clients already converting on the trial, Offer A, or Less Risk who need more top-of-funnel. It is not the starting offer. We do not sell lists, run LinkedIn or ads, or close deals for you.

What if you don't hit the meeting numbers?

Trial: if we book fewer than 3 meetings, we keep working for up to 14 more days at no charge. If the trial ends with zero meetings, you get your $299 back. Offer A and Scale Desk: if we book fewer than the minimum (10 on Offer A, 25 on Scale Desk), we keep working for up to 30 more days at no charge. If we still fall short, we refund the missing meetings pro rata ($99 each on Offer A, $55.60 each on Scale Desk). Less Risk: you only pay the $90 for meetings that happen, so no extra guarantee is needed.

What counts toward the guarantee?

Only meetings that take place count. If a prospect doesn't show, we rebook them, and the meeting counts once it happens. If you cancel or miss a meeting, it counts as delivered. You have 48 hours after a meeting to tell us it wasn't qualified, and then it won't count. The guarantee applies when you approve the ICP within 5 days of kickoff, keep at least 5 open slots a week on your calendar, and don't change the ICP mid-month (a change restarts the count).

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A sales-qualified meeting is a call with a decision-maker who matches the ICP we agree on (industry, company size, job title) and has agreed to talk about your offer.

What if a prospect doesn't show up?

On Less Risk, you pay $90 per attended meeting, so no-shows are never billed. On Offer A and Scale Desk, we rebook no-shows, and they only count toward your minimum once the meeting takes place.

Do you write extra copy?

Email copy is included in every plan. Need more? Our Copy Plus add-on adds extra sequence variants and a stronger first-touch package for $190/month.

Will you send emails without my approval?

No. We work drafts-only: every email is written as a draft and approved by a human before it is sent.

What reply rates should I expect?

Industry benchmarks, not EckoData results: Smartlead’s State of Cold Email 2026 (850M+ emails) reports a median reply rate of 0.74%, with the top 10% of senders at 2.63%. Belkins’ 2026 study (7.5M emails sent in 2025) measured 0.51% in the US and 0.63% in Canada. Expect ranges, not promises.

Can I specify titles and industries?

Yes. Industry, company size, and titles get locked before the campaign goes live. That brief is step one.
